Every student who has ever signed in shows up below. Approve new sign-ins, tick which batches/resources each one should see, then hit Save.

Manage Batches
Add a new batch, then add its classes with PPT and Google Drive video links — no code changes needed. Students only see a batch once you assign it to them in the Students tab.
Success Stories
Add real student testimonials — always get their consent before publishing a name, company or package. These appear automatically on the student portal's Success Stories page once saved.
Announcements
Post an update for every student, or target it to one or more specific batches only — it shows automatically at the top of the matching students' Dashboard.

Everything below is what shows up on the student portal — edit it here any time, no code changes needed.
💰 The fee reminder now shows on every login for any student with a pending balance — toggle it on/off per student using the "🔔 Remind on login" checkbox on their card in the Students tab.
Anyone whose Google account email is on this list sees the Admin Panel instead of the student dashboard. The last remaining admin can't be removed, so you can never lock everyone out by accident.
